Hello, Namaste, Jambo!

Rozana is from Manipur, a small state in Northeast India. Her stories are inspired by her childhood days spent in Imphal, surrounded by green hills and colorful folklore. She writes Picture Books with humor and heart but types them with her hands. She's an award-winning Copywriter, a UX Writer, and a former Researcher.

 

She's represented by Elisa Houot of the Seymour Literary Agency and occasionally writes books under her Manipuri name R.K. Memtombi. Her debut non-fiction chapter book, “Diwali,” was published by ABDO for the American educational market as part of their History of Holidays and Festivals series. She lives in vibrant Berlin with her culturally mixed family and loves to travel around the world and inside books.
